STEAK LORRAINE 
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. oregano
4 cubed steaks
2 tbsp. oil or Crisco
1 1/4 c. water
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1/3 c. dry red wine
1 pkg. Pillsbury brown gravy mix
1/2 green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces

Combine flour, salt, garlic, and oregano. Coat steaks with flour mixture. Brown meat in oil in large fry pan. Reduce heat add rest of ingredients. Simmer covered 15-20 minutes until steaks are tender and flavors blended.
