CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. farmer or Ricotta cheese
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. sifted flour (reg.)
1 pt. sour cream
Juice of 1 lemon

Beat all ingredients together at medium speed for 20 minutes. Butter spring form pan and pour. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Turn off oven and let cake stand in oven for another 2 hours. Top with pie filling.
