CHEESE BEORGIO 
Filo dough
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Munster cheese (grated)
1 pkg. Farmers cheese
2 eggs
Sm. amount of fresh parsley, chopped
1 lb. sweet butter

Mix all ingredients (except butter and dough) in bowl. Spread out dough and cover with wet paper towel.

Melt butter. Take a sheet of dough, spread butter over it generously. Put a teaspoon of cheese mixture on bottom, middle of dough and fold right side over mixture and proceed to fold left side over mixture. Then fold flag style until dough is completely folded into a triangle. Put in pan for baking. Brush butter over top and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Can be frozen. Let thaw before cooking.

Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
