JERKY 
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp. BBQ sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Accent
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder

Mix all ingredients well. Pour over approximately 2 lbs. venison or beef, cut into thin strips. Marinate overnight. Dehydrate approximately 10 hours.
