ITALIAN "O" RING COOKIES 
3 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. pure vanilla (can use 2 tsp. for more flavor)

Combine flour and baking powder; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Add flour mixture. Roll with hands into sections 1/2 inch thick in diameter by 4 inches long. Form into circle, overlapping ends. If dough becomes too soft, refrigerate 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. When cooled, frost with recipe below.

FROSTING
Powdered sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
Warm Half and Half
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Pure orange

Mix all together.
