PEPPERONI SNACKS 
1 (10") pie pastry
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. On lightly floured surface roll pastry to fit 12" pizza pan. Brush with egg; sprinkle with Parmesan. Arrange pepperoni slightly overlapping to cover pastry. Cover evenly with mozzarella. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until pastry is lightly browned. Serve in thin wedges.
