3/4 c. mashed potatoes, unsalted and cooled 4 c. powdered sugar 1 (14 oz.) coconut 1 bag milk chocolate chips 3/4 stick Paraffin Mix potatoes, sugar, and coconut together. Shape into small candy bar shapes. Place on a cookie sheet and put in freezer for 2 hours or overnight. Remove from freezer, and dip into chips and paraffin, which has been melted in top of double boiler. Leave chocolate/paraffin mixture over heat until through dipping candy. Store in refrigerator. |
