1 pkg. Duncan Hines devils food cake mix
4 eggs
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. water

Mix all ingredients together and bake in 350 degree oven 35 to 40 minutes or until done.

FROSTING:

1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) boxes fine coconut
20 marshmallows

Boil sugar and milk together until thick, add marshmallows and coconut, stir and mix well. Spread on cooled cake.
