BREAD/CHEESE ROLL 
1 loaf French bread
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise plus some for spreading
6 oz. Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/3 c. black and green olives, chopped

Cut bread into 4 pieces; hollow out leaving 1 inch walls; spread with mayonnaise; sprinkle with parsley flakes on mayonnaise. Mix cream cheese, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, salad dressing mix, olives and parsley flakes; pack mixture into bread, wrap in plastic wrap and chill several hours; cut in 1/4 inch slices.
