1 c. flour
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
Food coloring

Cook over medium heat until mixture pulls away from sides of pan and becomes like play dough in consistency. Knead until cool. Keeps 3 months unrefrigerated.
