PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 can water

Combine meat, rice, seasonings and onions. Shape into small balls. Mix tomato soup and water. Heat. Drop in meat balls, cover and cook slowly for 60 minutes.
