BRIDGETS BIG BATCH CHOCOLATE
CHIP COOKIES
 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. cream of tartar
4 (4 1/2) c. flour

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
