TEA-TIME TASSIES 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. sifted flour

Combine and chill. Make filling.

FILLING:

1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. nuts, chopped (may use pecans or walnuts)

Divide chilled dough into balls and press into VERY TINY muffin tins. Add 1 teaspoon of filling mixture to each cup and bake at 325 degrees about 25 minutes or until set. NOTE: These taste somewhat like tiny pecans pies! Makes 2 dozen.
