SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, 1/2" thick tenderized or pounded with meat mallot
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 can tomato soup
1 green pepper, cut in strips

Cut meat in pieces. Coat with flour, salt and pepper. Brown in oil, place in microwave dish. Cover with onion and pepper strips. Microwave 70-80 minutes (medium). Rearrange meat after 40 minutes of cooking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
