CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. cabbage, shredded
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Steam cabbage. Melt butter in 13x9x2 glass baking dish and sprinkle over butter enough cracker crumbs to cover bottom of dish. Spread cabbage over crumbs in dish.

Mix together soup, milk, mayonnaise and eggs and pour over top of cabbage. Top with cheese and remaining cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 10-12 people.
