BUTTERMILK WAFFLES 
3 eggs, divided
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
2 c. buttermilk

Separate eggs. Whip the egg yolks and buttermilk. Mix in flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Fold in beaten egg whites. Cook 2 1/2 to 3 minutes in waffle iron.
