3 c. finely sliced zucchini, food processor slicer saves time
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 slightly beaten eggs

Mix all ingredients together and put in greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown.
