IRISH ITALIAN SPAGHETTI 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Dash of red pepper
1 (10 oz.) can celery soup
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti

Cook onion in oil, add meat and seasonings. Cook until lightly brown. Cover, simmer 10 minutes. Add soups and tomato paste. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti.

This is a recipe that my mom has made our family throughout the years and we absolutely love it.
We use cream of mushroom soup instead of celery soup.
