BAKED MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 lb. macaroni, slightly under cooked
1/2 lb. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
butter

Use a 2 to 5 quart casserole dish.

Butter inside of pan.

Layer the macaroni, sprinkle some cheese and dot with butter.

Continue layering in above fashion until pan is full or your use up the ingredients.

3 c. milk
3 eggs

Combine milk and eggs - mix well and pour over your casserole.

Put in oven uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees It may need to be in longer - top should be brown and the casserole should not be watery.
