WALNUT PECAN PIE 
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
9 inch pie shell, unbaked
3/4 c. lg. pieces shelled walnuts
1/2 or 1/4 c. shelled pecans

Mix brown sugar and flour in saucepan. Add syrup, butter, and salt. Warm over low heat until butter melts. Beat eggs with vanilla. Stir in sugar mixture. Turn into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with walnuts and pecans. Bake below oven center for 40 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees or until filling is set in center. Cool before cutting. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
