WALNUT OR PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. Karo syrup
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch salt
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 unbaked pie shell

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake about 45 minutes. Let stand 1 hour before cutting. Pie will firm as it cools.
