HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. blanched almonds, halved or chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chopped onion or 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. & 1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Accent, if desired
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/3-1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix together onion and lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients except last 2. Mix well. Divide into individual baking dishes or put into 9 inch pie pan. Mix chips and cheese and completely cover top of salad. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
