TOMATO JAM 
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin (3 oz. size)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. finely chopped green tomatoes

Mix sugar and gelatin. Combine with tomatoes in a saucepan and boil for 10 minutes. Pour into jars and refrigerate. Mixture will thicken. Makes approximately 2 1/2 pints. Other color gelatin may be used with yellow tomatoes for color.
