MOCK STRAWBERRY JAM 
3 lb. green tomatoes
2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin

Core tomatoes and cut into chunks, process in blender until you have 2 cups. Boil 2 cups blended tomatoes with sugar 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add POWDERED GELATIN. Pour in jars, refrigerate or freeze. Makes 2 pints.
