1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. water

Combine all ingredients. Add food coloring to water, if desired. Cook over low heat. Stir until ready (when it's the consistency of play dough). Allow to cool and it's ready for play!
