ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 to 2 lb. beef, ground
4 med. onions, minced fine
4 cloves garlic, diced fine
4 tbsp. parsley, chopped or flaked
2 oz. olive or Mazola oil
2 cans tomato paste
2 cans tomato puree or thick juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushrooms
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of thyme
Pinch of rosemary
Pinch of basil
Pinch of savory salt

Can use 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning herbs in place of these herbs.
