20 MINUTES ITALIAN SPAGHETTI
SAUCE
 
2 tbsp. salad oil
4-5 med. onions, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
1 lb. hamburger
3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in pressure pan. Cook 20 minutes; reduce pressure quickly. Serve on cooked spaghetti.
