OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 1/2 lb. fryer, cut up, wash and drain (sprinkle with Accent)
1 stick butter
1/2 c.buttermilk

1 c. flour
1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in baking dish. Dip chicken in buttermilk. Roll in dry ingredients. Place in baking dish skin down. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake about 15 minutes more.
