3/4 lb. bacon, cooked and cut in 1 inch pieces
12 extra lg. eggs

WHITE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp flour
2 c. milk
1/2 c. heavy cream

Make a white sauce out of butter, flour, milk and cream. Beat until thick. Cover and cool and refrigerate.

Place eggs in bowl and lightly whisk, then put in fry pan with butter and scramble until thin and runny.

Line 13 x 9 inch pan with prepared English muffins. Pour the scrambled eggs over evenly. Sprinkle bacon over eggs. Then spoon one half the white sauce over, then 1/2 cheese, remaining white sauce, and remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes after refrigerating recipe overnight. A delicious brunch recipe. I make this for Christmas morning.
