BAKED EGG CASSEROLE 
8 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
8 slices bread, cut in cubes
1 c. (or less) grated cheese (I use cheddar)
1 lb. sausage, scrambled cooked

Mix together. Place in 9x12 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees until it raises up and is slightly brown on edges.

Optional: Use 2 cartons egg substitute and turkey sausage. Or omit sausage and just before baking sprinkle with cooked bacon pieces or bacon bits. Can use dry stuffing mix in place of bread.
