CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1/2 lb. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 stick butter
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix and press into 9x13 inch pan.

FILLING:

5 eggs
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. brown or white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream all ingredients in bowl until light and fluffy (won't hurt, if runny). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is set.

STRAWBERRY TOPPING:

Cook and thicken 1 quart of strawberries with cornstarch. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar

Pour over top of cheese cake while hot. Bake at 500 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate.
