BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. macaroni, cooked
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour

Melt butter; stir in flour until thick and brown. Pour in milk, bring to boil. Let boil 2 minutes over medium heat stirring constantly. Add cheese (off heat) and stir until melted. Pour over cooked macaroni already in greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 400 degrees.
