1 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. butter 3 tbsp. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. pecans, ground fine Cut all ingredients together with dough cutter. Roll out into flattened balls about the size of a quarter. Make dent in middle of cookie with finger. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Icing: Mix 2 heaping tablespoons of powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon cocoa, and just enough water to stir. Heat over stove. Drop icing into dent of cookie. Enjoy. |
