1 c. sugar 1 stick butter 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (7 oz.) pkg. dates, chopped 2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Cook first 5 ingredients in saucepan over low heat until thick. Cool. Slowly add Rice Krispies and nuts. Cool more. Shape into balls and roll in flaked coconut. |
