VEAL STEW 
1/4 c. olive oil
2 lbs. veal cubes (dust with flour)
1 lg. onion
1 clove garlic
2 bay leaves
2 balls allspice
1/2 c. white wine
1 1/2 c. tomatoes (crushed)
1 c. water

Saute dusted veal cubes until lightly brown. Add onion until slightly softened, add garlic to saute. Then add tomatoes, wine, water, bay leaves and allspice. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve over rice or pasta.
