TURTLES 
1/2 lb. light caramels
2 tbsp. water
Pecans
Dipping chocolate, melted

Melt caramels and water in a double boiler. While doing this cover large board with wax paper. Grease wax paper with butter. Lay out pecans, 3 for each turtle, leaving space between for frosting. Grease spoon with butter well and often. Drop a little caramel in center of each pecan group. Wait until firm. Frost top side with melted dipping chocolate. Let stand until hard. Frost bottom with chocolate. Let stand until hard. One package caramels, 1 pound pecans and 3 pounds chocolate makes approximately 6 dozen.
