DUTCH PANCAKE 
2/3 stick butter
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. flour
3 eggs

Place butter in frying pan (a frying pan with angled sides works best). Place in 450 degree oven. While butter is melting: in blender beat eggs for 2 minutes, add milk and flour, mix thoroughly. Pour into pan with melted butter and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, jam, or fresh fruit. Serve like a pie.
