PEA SALAD 
2 pkgs. Birds Eye peas with pearl onions
3 slices bacon, fried crisp
1/2 c. cashews, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream

Thaw peas; fry bacon crisp, then crumble and add to peas with cashews. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together and add to pea mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
