CHEESY MACARONI AND CHEESE 
3/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
3 eggs
1 c. milk

Cook macaroni according to directions. Cut cheese into 1/4-inch pieces. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Slightly beat 3 eggs.

Combine drained cooked macaroni, cubed cheese, beaten eggs, milk. Grease baking dish; pour into dish. Cover with foil; poke holes in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or so. (Can be easily doubled.)
