CHEESE PIZZA 
2 1/2 c. unsifted all purpose flour
1 pkg. dry yeast

In large bowl, combine flour, yeast and 1 teaspoon salt. Stir in 1 cup very warm water and 2 tablespoons salad oil. Turn out dough onto floured surface; cover with bowl. Let rise 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. On floured surface roll dough into a 12 inch round place on baking sheet. Spread sauce over top of dough. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is done and cheese is melted.

PIZZA SAUCE:

1 can (15 oz.) peeled whole tomatoes
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 med. onion, diced
1 tbsp. each minced basil, oregano and parsley leaves
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese

In large saucepan, combine ingredients; stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Bring to boiling; simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
