1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil

Mix all ingredients together in 8 x8 inch pan. Mix and top with 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, and 1 3/4 cup hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot with ice cream.
