ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. zucchini
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, lamb or venison
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk

Slice zucchini and cook in small amount of water until just hot. Drain. Fry meat and drain off fat. Add onion and cook. Season to taste.

Arrange layers of zucchini, meat and cheese in casserole, with cheese on top. Combine soup and milk and pour over casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven 35 minutes or until bubbly. 8 servings.
