GREEK SALAD 
1 head lettuce, pieces
1 bunch endive, pieces
1 sm. red cabbage, shredded
1 sm. red onion, sliced
1 lb. fresh broccoli, chopped
1/2 lb. feta cheese
1 can ripe pitted olives

Toss together.

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. salad oil (Wesson)
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 sm. clove chopped garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Make dressing day before.
