TOMATO CASSEROLE 
6 to 8 lg. ripe tomatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. onion
1 box seasoned croutons
1 brick havarti cheese
1 brick Monterey Jack cheese
Pam spray cooking oil

In frying pan melt butter. Once melted add onion cut into rings. Saute until they are translucent. Then add the box of croutons and mix to absorb the butter. Remove from heat. Grate the cheeses and mix together. In a baking dish spray bottom with Pam then start layering crouton mixture, tomatoes and cheese. Make as many layers as you have ingredients ending with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until tomatoes are softened. Makes approximately 10 servings.
