DATE CREAM CHEESE ROLLS 
1 c. butter
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. cream cheese
Seedless dates
Nuts

Cream butter and cheese. Blend in salt and flour; chill in refrigerator. Roll 1/8 inch thick on confectioners' sugar. Cut in 1 x 3 inch strips. Stuff dates with nuts. Fold stuffed date in strip. Bake in moderate oven 15-20 minutes. Roll in confectioners' sugar again. When date roll is cool, store in can with plenty of confectioners' sugar. Will keep for several weeks.
