1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 lbs. potatoes, cut into chunks
1/3 c. vegetable oil

In large plastic bag add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until the potatoes are evenly coated. Put potatoes into shallow baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Potatoes are done when tender and golden brown.
