HAY HAND ROLLS 
2 tbsp. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
3 c. warm water
2 tsp. butter flavoring
4 c. flour
3 beaten eggs
1 c. lard
1 c. sugar
6 c. flour or more

Mix yeast with warm water and let set awhile. Add salt, sugar and 3 cups warm water. Add 4 cups flour. Let set 2 hours or until doubled in size. Add eggs, lard, sugar and flour. Knead 10 minutes. Divide dough and let rise until doubled, then roll out. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

This recipe makes excellent cinnamon rolls, donuts, tea rolls, tea rings or whatever you like. Very easy and delicious.
