SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 stick butter
2 lbs. raw shrimp, peeled
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can onion soup
1 can water
1 1/2 c. raw rice
Onion tops, parsley, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, red pepper

Saute onions, bell pepper and shrimp in butter. Add soups, water, rice, onion tops and parsley. Add seasonings to taste. Mix well. Place in casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. (You may substitute cooked chicken for the shrimp.)
