BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk breakfast sausage
4 slices bread, cubed
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs
2 c. milk
Salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook breakfast sausage and drain. Beat eggs, add milk, salt, dry mustard and sausage. Place bread cubes in a casserole dish, pour egg and sausage mixture over top. Let set overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
