BRISKET 
5 lb. brisket
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. liquid smoke
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. black pepper
2 or 3 tsp. onion flakes

Mix well and pour over meat. Seal pan with foil, cook 4 or 5 hours at 275 degrees. Barbeque sauce added after cooked if wanted to. Pour off liquid, slice meat and put back in pan. Pour barbecue sauce over it and heat 1/2 hour. Slice meat and freeze in bags. Very tasty.
